Apollo has a wonderful temperament and is a very stylish terrier. We are so happy that Ash Grove let us have this wonderful terrier!
We looked for several years for an outcross to breed to Quirinus Quintus Windwizard's daughters and we kept going back and looking at Ash Grove. Barbara Ellen like Ch. Blackjack Mighty Samson temperament everytime she saw him and like him so much she bred Ch. Blackjack Mighty Samson to our English import Ch. Louline Air O'Tique which resulted in UCD Quirinus Winddancer CD CGC who in her own right was a wonderful terrier. We very much like what we saw of Ash Grove's lovely Airedale Terriers in type, conformation and the temperament - and the fact that their dogs are line bred on Ch. Blackjack Mighty Samson only strengthed our like for their terriers.
Apollo's sire Ch. Blackjack's Code of Silence has now added an American championship to his Italian and Swedish championships this year (2008) - congratulations to his owners/breeders Blackjack!
